Bilingual Medical Scribe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Record patient consultations and procedures in real-time during appointments.

• Prepare and assess medical charts prior to and following patient visits.

• Accurately document: Patient histories, Examination findings, Treatment plans, Clinical notes.

• Structure documentation utilizing: SOAP notes, Provider-specific templates, EMR/EHR systems.

• Ensure medical records are accurate and well-organized.

• Assist in supporting provider follow-ups and patient communication workflows.

• Contribute to: Orders, Documentation updates, Clinical coordination, Administrative follow-up tasks.

• Confirm prescriptions and initiate prior authorizations when necessary.

• Coordinate documentation efforts with healthcare providers and clinical staff.

• Aid in maintaining efficient patient flow and enhancing provider productivity.

• Uphold HIPAA compliance and ensure strict patient confidentiality.

• Guarantee that all medical documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

• Adhere to provider documentation standards and clinical workflows.

• Keep abreast of medical terminology and best practices in healthcare documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — REQUIRED.

• Required English proficiency level: C1 or higher.

• At least 6+ months of experience as a: Medical scribe, Dental scribe, or Clinical documentation specialist for U.S.-based healthcare providers.

• Graduation from an allied medical program is strongly preferred: MD, DMD, RN, or similar healthcare-related backgrounds.

• Minimum typing speed of 70+ WPM.

• Strong grasp of: Medical terminology, Clinical documentation standards, SOAP note formatting, Healthcare workflows.

• Experience with: EMR/EHR systems and Medical documentation software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

• Capability to multitask and perform effectively in fast-paced clinical settings.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
