This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

• Engage with potential patients through phone calls, text messages, and emails to introduce them to Scene services for seamless enrollment.

• Utilize best-practice listening abilities to understand patient needs, both expressed and implied.

• Assist patients throughout the enrollment journey by providing a blend of motivational support and technical expertise.

• Accurately handle information while ensuring patient demographics are maintained within the Salesforce system.

• Skillfully address patient objections, inquiries, and/or technical challenges.

• Support patients with technical setup, which includes app downloads and troubleshooting assistance.

• Connect patients to the healthcare system and available health resources.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of patient interactions, enrollment progress, and follow-up actions.

• Provide assistance to patients in navigating Scene’s Spotlight app and offer guidance on using the app for Health Coach support.

• Collaboratively establish performance objectives with Scene management and utilize time management and critical thinking skills to meet them.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in health education, patient engagement, or a similar healthcare position.

• Experience in health coaching, public health, or community health initiatives.

• Proficiency in Spanish.

• Strong interpersonal abilities that facilitate warm and empathetic interactions.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in outreach through phone, SMS, and video communication methods.

• Capability to convey complex health concepts in an accessible and motivating manner.

• Familiarity with database systems and mobile applications.
