Bilingual Funding Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• You will utilize company-approved internet databases and phone tools to trace and locate customers, collateral, and/or other parties to:

• Ensure that all funding packages submitted by dealers comply with FHF quality standards.

• Perform phone verification of personal and employment information for potential clients.

• Validate the accuracy of all information provided during the application and funding process while checking for possible fraudulent documentation.

• Effectively manage incoming emails from dealerships and other departments related to the loans.

• Maintain consistent communication with dealerships regarding the status of their funding packages through both emails and phone calls (inbound and outbound).

• Conduct final funding interviews with prospective clients.

• Provide assistance to other funding associates as needed.

• Report and discuss any potential risk flags with the Funding Manager that were not previously identified.

• Collaborate with the funding team to achieve FHF's weekly and monthly targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of career stability.

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.

• At least 1 year of experience in Banking or Auto lending.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• Willingness to work Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm local time.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to changes.
