Health Client Manager – Mid Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients and ensure regular communication with key client stakeholders.

• Assess, manage, and resolve complex operational and technical issues.

• Grasp our technology solutions to better address client requirements.

• Organize, plan, and conduct both internal and external meetings efficiently.

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, offering subject matter expertise to clients throughout the process.

• Utilize ad hoc reporting, Google Analytics, and Advanced Table Editor.

• Assist with escalations and provide consultation to clients.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for service-specific and general client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a global team committed to client delivery and satisfaction.

• Implement the solution roadmap for clients.

• Develop domain and operational knowledge within the client team.

• Manage and deliver client reporting, including addressing non-standard reporting requirements.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent work experience.

• Capable of translating concepts into client requirements that drive technological and process solutions to meet their needs.

• Have experience in project and client management.

• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Exhibit leadership and coaching abilities.

• Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Able to facilitate effective discussions with both internal and external clients.

• Have experience with Health Welfare/Annual enrollment.
