This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete implementation process.
• Manage the client relationship effectively.
• Maintain a strict operational rhythm.
• Transition pilot programs into paid contracts.
• Incorporate client feedback into the product roadmap.
• Develop the playbook and transition it to the Delivery team.
• Broaden the scope of services offered.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in a client-facing position at a healthcare SaaS firm, in healthcare consulting, or in a similar role within a complex healthcare provider organization.
• Refined executive presence with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High adaptability to ambiguity and strong flexibility.
• A diligent worker capable of maintaining a fast pace.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Strong instincts in project leadership and the ability to guide matrixed teams (clinical, technical, operational) on both the client side and within Qventus, requiring minimal supervision.
• Capability to convert AI-driven product functionalities into significant clinical and operational benefits for the client.
• Enthusiasm for the transformative potential of AI in healthcare and a desire to contribute to that change.
• Knowledge of EHR systems.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% nationwide.
