This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Act as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, fostering trust through prompt, clear, and considerate communication.
• Assist clients at every stage of the tax preparation journey by outlining subsequent steps, setting expectations, and addressing general inquiries.
• Ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed throughout their relationship with Bright!Tax.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to guarantee that all documentation is complete and projects remain on schedule.
• Track engagement progress utilizing internal systems like HubSpot and various workflow tools.
• Proactively recognize potential delays or challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Address client inquiries through email and internal messaging platforms, assisting with issue resolution or directing questions to the appropriate team.
• Aid clients in navigating the process effectively by anticipating frequent questions and offering proactive guidance.
• Ensure that every client interaction embodies the Bright!Tax standard of professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
• Engage in ongoing discussions aimed at enhancing client workflows, communication techniques, and service delivery.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall client experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or a related client-facing position.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English — clear, friendly, and professional.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of juggling multiple clients and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting with digital collaboration tools.
• A proactive attitude and a sincere desire to assist others.
• Nice to Have: Experience in tax, accounting, or financial services; Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot; Experience supporting U.S. expatriate clients or collaborating with globally distributed teams.
