This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships within a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to both executive and operational stakeholders.
• Foster customer retention, adoption, and long-term success through proactive management, strategic planning, and engagement with executives.
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), conduct onsite interactions, and lead discussions on account strategies that prioritize business outcomes and platform value.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, and initiatives aimed at broader platform adoption.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership teams to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise customers.
• Monitor account health, address risks, resolve escalations, and advocate for the needs of enterprise customers internally.
• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that align NinjaOne solutions with customer business goals.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing strategic enterprise SaaS accounts in a customer-facing capacity.
• Background in collaborating with executive stakeholders within complex enterprise organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to translate technical capabilities into tangible business value.
• Proven track record of successfully leading Executive Business Reviews, strategic account planning, and engaging with enterprise customers.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional organizations and influence outcomes both internally and externally.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven with excellent executive communication abilities.
• Experience in IT Operations, Endpoint Management, RMM, Security, or related enterprise technology fields is preferred.
