This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, adjusting service levels based on package selections.
• Serve as the main contact for clients regarding site issues, campaign modifications, and reporting.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the intermediary between clients and the organization.
• Communicate client objectives to the team and share campaign results with the clients.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and establish clear expectations.
• Evaluate performance metrics from platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, and Bing.
• Track outcomes and provide constructive feedback to clients.
• Educate clients on enhancing their online reputation and improving phone call conversion rates.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Account Management is essential.
• Experience in the dental field is required.
• Background in Digital Marketing is necessary.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Must be data-oriented and passionate about assisting clients in achieving success.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving capabilities.
• Enjoy engaging in professional conversations with both clients and colleagues.
• Bonus Points For: Familiarity with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or other online marketing tools.
