This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Supervising the daily operational performance for designated client(s)

• Leading operations teams to ensure the provision of high-quality administrative services

• Partnering with support functions such as technology and customer care

• Aiding the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in implementing solutions
