This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Exciting opportunity for a Health Client Analyst within the client’s Health & Wellness team.
• Collaborate with Alight's internal client team while receiving direct guidance from the client regarding their health plans.
• Engage in a diverse range of tasks including, but not limited to, account quality assurance, corrections, special projects, and data analysis.
• Offer subject matter expertise to clients, utilizing that knowledge to provide support.
• Address employee escalated issues that are directed to the client’s internal Benefits department.
• Work collaboratively with the client’s health administration and advocacy teams.
• Develop and maintain data requests.
• Leverage the company’s suite of tools to manage deliverables, store requirements, and facilitate handoffs.
• Communicate and uphold project milestones and tasks based on deliverables.
• Identify and report on both internal and external risks related to deliverables.
• Monitor and resolve outstanding items promptly while managing client deliverables.
• Actively participate in client status meetings as well as client team and health plan meetings.
• Establish a trusted relationship with our client.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Knowledge of TBA and health plan provisions is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with differing milestones, timelines, and deadlines.
• Demonstrate curiosity alongside an ability to learn swiftly and apply feedback effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and maintain effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer care and working within a cross-functional, global team is highly preferred.
