• Drive growth and origination within accounts.
• Take responsibility for expanding a selected range of healthcare accounts, focusing on pipeline development, opportunity creation, and execution of capture strategies.
• Actively seek out, create, qualify, and advance new opportunities, prioritizing net-new growth.
• Lead capture initiatives from start to finish, acting as the central coordinator from qualification to closing, aligning internal teams and partners with a clear strategy to win.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers in healthcare provider organizations.
• Open new avenues and deepen relationships beyond existing service lines, evolving accounts from single-service engagements to comprehensive, integrated multi-service portfolios.
• Act as a trusted advisor by anchoring discussions in client challenges and strategic goals.
• Address client challenges by framing opportunities around: Margin enhancement, Revenue leakage, Technology-enabled transformation, and Provider strategy and operations.
• Position advisory, technology, and managed services as integrated solutions that drive value.
• Work in collaboration with internal solution teams to develop distinctive, outcomes-focused offerings that align with client priorities.
• Stay informed on provider market trends, budgetary priorities, and transformation initiatives to guide growth strategies.
• Manage position-to-win activities, including competitive analysis, partnership strategies, pricing tactics, and procurement capture.
• Deliver actionable market and account insights to leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in Healthcare Provider and/or Payer sectors, focusing heavily on sales, business development, or capture roles.
• Strong capability to engage in C-suite discussions, generate opportunities, and lead complex pursuits.
• Proven success in working across advisory, implementation, technology-enabled solutions, and managed services.
• Demonstrated ability to open new business in previously untapped areas.
• Experience in scaling accounts from single solutions to comprehensive multi-service portfolios.
• Strong leadership in origination and capture efforts.
