Headhunter – Mercado Financeiro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end processes (briefing, hunting, interviews, closing)

• Map the market and create qualified pipelines for key positions

• Engage in active hunting (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, mappings)

• Interview and assess the technical and behavioral fit of professionals in the financial market

• Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business and culture

• Produce candidate reports for shortlist delivery

• Strengthen the consultancy's brand with clients and candidates

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition specialist focused on the Financial Market (banks, asset managers, brokerages, fintechs, FIDCs, management companies, etc.)

• Experience with active hunting and mid/senior-level positions

• Organizational skills and time management to handle multiple processes simultaneously in a remote environment

• PJ contract

• Advantage: contacts in the financial market

• Advantage: relevant experience

• Advantage: proficiency in English

• Advantage: experience with C-Level, Partners, and strategic position vacancies
