This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the pipeline and revenue targets sourced and influenced by partners.

• Develop scalable referral, co-selling, and channel strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition and growth.

• Create annual partnership strategies, revenue forecasts, and growth objectives.

• Establish repeatable processes that transform partnerships into quantifiable commercial results.

• Cultivate and oversee relationships with HR providers, payroll platforms, consultants, brokers, accounting firms, PE/VC ecosystems, capital market firms, technology partners, and other key distribution channels.

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate high-value partners on a global scale.

• Formulate partner segmentation, tiering, and engagement strategies.

• Extend Pebl's presence through ecosystem relationships that align with our target customer profile.

• Conceptualize and implement co-marketing, co-selling, and partner enablement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to maximize opportunities driven by partners.

• Ensure partners fully comprehend Pebl's products, value proposition, and ideal customer profiles.

• Develop scalable programs that enhance partner engagement and productivity.

• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that yield mutual value and measurable business results.

• Lead commercial negotiations with senior executives within prospective partner organizations.

• Create partnership business cases, operational plans, and success metrics.

• Guarantee that partnerships produce sustainable pipelines, revenue, and customer value.

• Establish the operational model, metrics, and reporting framework for the partnerships function.

• Evaluate partner performance and continually refine investments and resources.

• Identify market trends, customer insights, and ecosystem opportunities to guide business strategy.

• Act as the internal advocate for ecosystem-led growth throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, alliances, or ecosystem development in SaaS, HR technology, payroll, fintech, or similar sectors. Prior experience with EOR is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record in creating revenue-generating partnership programs.

• Experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing relationships at the executive level.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer-facing teams.

• Strong commercial acumen and a history of achieving measurable business outcomes through partnerships.

• Experience in developing partner programs, incentive frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.

• Exceptional executive communication, influence, and relationship-building abilities.
