This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take responsibility for meeting user acquisition goals across various channels, including forecasting, performance evaluations, and reporting.
• Oversee acquisition outcomes across paid channels, organic growth, owned social media, influencers, creators, affiliate programs, partnerships, and distribution-led strategies.
• Convert corporate and marketing strategies into actionable acquisition plans by channel, clearly outlining priorities, targets, anticipated impact, and trade-offs.
• Develop short- and mid-term acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
• Create and maintain forecasting models to aid in planning and investment decisions.
• Define and manage acquisition KPIs, dashboards, and reporting schedules, ensuring visibility across channels, regions, and cohorts.
• Regularly evaluate performance, pinpoint gaps, and implement corrective measures when results fall short of targets.
• Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and optimization, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and long-term impact.
• Oversee the User Acquisition budget, including allocation, optimization, and efficiency across all channels.
• Lead and cultivate a User Acquisition team, establishing clear ownership, roles, and operational rhythms across acquisition channels.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, Product and Growth teams, and Data teams to ensure robust attribution, experimentation, and decision-making.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in user acquisition, growth, or performance marketing roles within B2C software products.
• Proven success in scaling consumer-facing products to millions of users, preferably in desktop and/or mobile settings.
• Strong practical experience with B2C acquisition targets and budgets, with accountability for both volume and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ownership of user acquisition objectives, including volume, efficiency, and forecasting.
• Experience managing or influencing acquisition budgets, with a sharp focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
• Ability to operate at a senior manager level: translating strategy into actionable plans, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Experience in leading and scaling teams, establishing clear goals, accountability, and operational rhythms.
• Robust analytical skills, comfortable working with data, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
