This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Establish and guide the centralized User Acquisition Department that supports various subscription products.
• Formulate and take ownership of the comprehensive UA strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create scalable processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Design UA OKRs/KPIs for both the overall success of the department and individual team members.
• Supervise and mentor a team of cross-platform UA Managers who are integrated into different product teams.
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes within the UA function.
• Cultivate a culture rich in talent density that promotes performance, collaboration, and growth.
• Manage substantial budget allocations across all platforms and products, ensuring efficient CAC and favorable ROAS.
• Formulate and execute strategic growth plans that consider LTV:CAC ratios, retention, onboarding conversion, and ARPU.
• Collaborate with data science to develop and enhance advanced analytics and attribution models.
• Oversee the testing roadmap, including A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, and creative iteration.
• Work in partnership with Managing Directors of each product to synchronize UA strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative leads to direct ad production using data-informed creative briefs.
• Manage vendor relationships with major advertising platforms, agencies, and tools.
• A minimum of 7 years in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position overseeing UA at scale.
• Strong expertise in subscription-based D2C products, preferably across various verticals.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar monthly paid advertising budgets.
• Highly organized, data-driven leader experienced in directly managing and developing a team of 5–7 UA professionals.
• Extensive platform knowledge: Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid social/search/display channels.
• Proven experience in building and scaling teams, establishing KPIs, and leading within a centralized structure.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL.
• Highly motivated, energetic operator who excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proactive leader with a “first in, last out” approach — consistently engaged, thoroughly involved, and fully accountable.
• Exceptionally high standards with a low tolerance for subpar execution — expects excellence at all team levels.
