This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Leadership & Team Development: Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of User Acquisition Managers, ensuring ongoing growth in their knowledge, execution quality, and overall performance.
• Active Performance Management: Remain intimately engaged in daily operations, ready to enter ad accounts at a moment's notice to troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, launch campaigns, and exemplify best practices.
• Large-Scale Budget Management: Oversee and manage advertising budgets exceeding $1M monthly across all networks, ensuring disciplined spending, controlled scaling, and stable performance.
• Expertise in Facebook as a Primary Channel: Exhibit exceptional proficiency in Facebook Ads or Google Ads, taking full ownership of Facebook Ads as the leading acquisition channel.
• Data Analytics & Insight-Driven Decisions: Delve into performance data and analytics to uncover insights, pinpoint inefficiencies, and identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the Analytics team to remain informed about funnel performance, attribution, cohort behavior, and overall acquisition efficiency.
• Process Building & Reporting: Establish, document, and enforce clear User Acquisition processes, reporting standards, and performance review timelines. Ensure transparency and comprehensive oversight of daily, weekly, and monthly results.
• Creative Ideation Management: Develop and oversee a structured process for sourcing, testing, and refining creative ideas, collaborating with Creative Managers to identify and scale high-performing creatives.
• Commitment to Operational Excellence: Guarantee disciplined execution throughout account structure, testing frameworks, scaling logic, and performance monitoring.
• KPI Accountability: Assume full responsibility for team KPIs, including efficiency and ROI metrics, with results and outcomes serving as the primary indicators of success.
• Senior User Acquisition expert with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on management of advertising budgets exceeding $1M monthly.
• In-depth, practical expertise in Facebook Ads or Google Ads, with ownership of Facebook Ads as the primary acquisition channel.
• Proven experience managing various paid acquisition sources beyond Facebook and Google is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to work extensively with data for insight extraction.
• Experience collaborating closely with Analytics teams to inform decision-making.
• Focused on achieving high-ROI, efficient scaling rather than simple spend growth.
• Comfortable navigating directly within ad accounts, not limited to reporting levels.
• Skilled in training, coaching, and developing User Acquisition teams.
• Structured, disciplined, and highly accountable.
