This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Build and oversee a centralized User Acquisition Department that supports various subscription products.
• Define and take ownership of the comprehensive UA strategy across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).
• Develop scalable processes, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Design UA OKRs/KPIs to ensure success at both the department level and for individual team members.
• Manage and mentor a team of cross-platform UA Managers who are integrated into different product teams.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes within the UA function.
• Foster a high-talent-density culture that promotes performance, collaboration, and growth.
• Oversee substantial budget management across all platforms and products, ensuring efficient CAC and positive ROAS.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans based on LTV:CAC ratios, retention, onboarding conversion, and ARPU.
• Collaborate with data science to create and enhance advanced analytics and attribution models.
• Own the testing roadmap, including A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, and creative iteration.
• Work alongside Managing Directors of each product to ensure UA strategies align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative leads to steer ad production using data-driven creative briefs.
• Maintain vendor relationships with key advertising platforms/agencies and tools.
• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing UA at scale.
• Strong background in subscription-based D2C products, preferably across diverse verticals.
• Proven history of managing multi-million dollar monthly paid budgets.
• Highly organized, data-driven leader with experience directly managing and developing a team of at least 5–7 UA professionals.
• Extensive platform knowledge: Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid social/search/display channels.
• Experience in building and scaling teams, establishing KPIs, and leading under a centralized framework.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL.
• Highly motivated, energetic operator who excels in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Hands-on leader with a “first in, last out” mindset — consistently engaged, deeply involved, and fully accountable.
