This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the complete growth engine, enhancing the entire pathway from Paid Acquisition to Conversion and Monetization, with the primary aim of maximizing LTV Margin.
• Optimize a multi-million dollar monthly marketing budget across international channels and the product lineup, ensuring funds are strategically allocated to the most promising growth opportunities.
• Develop and improve scalable processes that enable teams to work with a high degree of autonomy while upholding exceptional performance standards.
• Align cross-functional teams to guarantee a cohesive growth strategy and foster a high-velocity experimentation culture.
• Convert detailed data and market insights into critical decisions about product direction, understanding precisely when to scale a product or make a pivot.
• Discover and leverage new channel opportunities, utilizing technical knowledge to position our health and wellness apps as leaders in the global market.
• Over 5 years of experience managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads at a substantial scale.
• Demonstrated success in a "performance-first" environment where paid media serves as the primary revenue source.
• Ideally, experience within the subscription-based mobile apps (web-to-app) sector.
• Proven history of managing high-volume monthly budgets and driving swift spend growth.
• Capability to utilize AI and automation to improve creative workflows and campaign speed.
• Thorough understanding of the interplay between paid media, onboarding funnels, pricing, and LTV.
• Detailed knowledge of LTV, CPA, and ROAS, along with the ability to interpret market signals to optimize investment.
• Established ability to lead performance, growth product, and monetization teams towards shared P&L objectives.
