This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, onboard, support, and oversee a high-performing team of Directors of Therapy.
• Ensure consistency, clinical excellence, and adherence to the Flourish integrated care model as the organization expands.
• Advocate for compliance with the structured clinical model while permitting modifications based on patient requirements.
• Collaborate with the VP of Patient Care, Clinical R&D, and Product teams to enhance the clinical model, clinical products, and care team training programs.
• Manage the therapy vertical for up to 10 bundles of carepods and up to 4,500 high-acuity patients.
• Recruit, onboard, and oversee Directors of Therapy.
• Establish systems that promote consistency, accountability, and clinical leadership within therapy teams.
• Mentor Directors of Therapy on clinical supervision, people management, productivity, and change management.
• Assist in leadership coverage planning during PTO, leaves, and turnover periods.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality therapy care across carepods.
• Aid in managing clinical escalations and complex patient care cases.
• Identify operational or clinical deficiencies and implement scalable enhancements.
• Work in partnership with psychiatry, patient guides, family guides, operations, recruiting, and people operations.
• Contribute to integrated carepod effectiveness, organizational growth, and workforce planning.
• Drive team change management, culture, motivation, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Deliver 2–5 hours of direct patient care each week.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional (PhD, LCSW, or LPC) eligible to provide patient care.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-state behavioral health teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of management experience through various levels of leadership.
• More than 10 years of people management experience for full-time direct reports.
• Over 8 years of experience in startup environments.
• Strong focus on data and operational processes.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in more than a dozen states.
• Availability to work one evening per week.
• Required to provide direct patient care for 2–5 hours weekly as a clinical leader.
