This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +4 more countries.
• Take charge of the partner engagement operating model for South-Eastern Europe, encompassing technical ownership, delivery excellence, and business results from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead and nurture a team of Technical Partner Managers responsible for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal, Italy, as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
• Enhance team performance through development plans, performance evaluations, coaching, enablement initiatives, and structured feedback processes.
• Oversee partner allocation across various business units, cross-regional projects, and specialized activities.
• Ensure that each regional partner is assigned a Technical Partner Manager with designated accountability and a clear engagement schedule.
• Monitor partner engagement quality by utilizing satisfaction metrics, technical feedback, and engagement health indicators.
• Lead or co-lead executive interactions and strategic assessments with complex or high-value partners.
• Promote partner technical satisfaction and readiness for renewals.
• Align strategies and exchange best practices with the Head of North-Western Technical Partner Management.
• Collaborate with Channel, Services, Solutions, and Product leadership to drive business strategy and achieve revenue objectives.
• Represent the South-Eastern region in governance and strategic planning discussions.
• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and integration process for new Technical Partner Managers.
• Create tailored training and development plans specific to the team.
• Drive the development of specialist capabilities in accordance with partner portfolio requirements.
• Establish peer-learning forums and promote knowledge-sharing across business units.
• Report directly to the Director of Technical Partner Management Europe.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical partner management, channel engineering, solution architecture, or a related technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in people management or team leadership, including mentoring and performance oversight of direct reports.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as Endpoint, Cloud, Network, SIEM, and threat intelligence.
• Experience in managing distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Strong skills in cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with partner business models and their service offerings.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
• Experience in the markets of France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, or Central and Eastern Europe.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and the TrendAI Vision One platform.
• Experience in assisting partners transition from product reselling to service-oriented business models.
