This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the North-Western partner engagement operating model from start to finish, encompassing technical accountability, delivery quality, and business results from onboarding to renewal.
• Lead and nurture the Technical Partner Management team through development plans, performance evaluations, coaching, enablement, feedback, and discussions about career advancement.
• Balance the allocation of partners focused on business units with cross-regional initiatives and specialized activities.
• Ensure that each regional partner is paired with a dedicated Technical Partner Manager who has clear responsibilities and an established engagement schedule.
• Monitor and respond to partner satisfaction, technical input, engagement health, and readiness for renewal.
• Lead or co-lead high-level engagements and strategic assessments with complex or high-value partners.
• Align strategies and exchange best practices with the Head of South-Eastern Technical Partner Management.
• Collaborate with leadership from Channel, Services, Solutions, and Product on business strategies and revenue objectives.
• Represent the North-Western region in governance and strategic planning discussions.
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new Technical Partner Managers.
• Create training and development plans while building specialized capabilities.
• Establish forums for peer learning and facilitate knowledge sharing across business units.
• Drive technical partner engagement that fosters measurable revenue growth for both partners and TrendAI.
• A minimum of 5 years in technical partner management, channel engineering, solution architecture, or equivalent roles in technical leadership.
• Proven experience in people management or team leadership, including overseeing direct reports, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as Endpoint, Cloud, Network, SIEM, and threat intelligence.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Strong skills in cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Understanding of partner business models and their service offerings.
• Proficiency in German, French, Dutch, or a Scandinavian language.
• Experience in the markets of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Ireland, the Netherlands, or other Western European countries.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem and the TrendAI Vision One platform.
• Experience assisting partners in transitioning from product reselling to service-oriented business models.
