This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Source candidates for current vacancies or talent pools utilizing various channels.
• Conduct research on companies, industries, markets, and their organizational structures.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge documentation and processes.
• Oversee application management and engage with candidates, ensuring a highly professional and personalized experience.
• Manage relationships with both existing and new clients, providing a world-class level of service.
• Conduct candidate interviews and deliver clear and effective presentations about client companies.
• Take responsibility for client success.
• Supervise researchers and junior recruiters.
• Bachelor's degree in any field, ideally in Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, including positions as a Recruiting Manager, Lead, or Coordinator in a product (in-house) organization — preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proactive mindset for building processes from the ground up and optimizing existing ones.
• Genuine interest in people, business, business models, industries, and technology.
• Native Portuguese speaker with bilingual proficiency in English — Spanish is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with technology and possesses strong analytical skills.
• Capable of thriving in a high-speed, high-demand, and high-reward environment.
