Head of SMB Growth Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives aimed at driving growth for SMBs, concentrating on acquisition, conversion, and pipeline enhancement.

• Increase the number of SMB trial initiations and enhance performance from trial to paid conversions.

• Develop and refine lifecycle marketing strategies encompassing onboarding, nurturing, re-engagement, and conversion efforts.

• Design and expand successful campaigns utilizing email, paid media, landing pages, lifecycle channels, and innovative content formats.

• Oversee experimentation and A/B testing across messaging, creative assets, digital platforms, and conversion pathways.

• Create reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide insights into funnel performance, campaign success, and growth potentials.

• Utilize data and insights to inform optimization efforts, prioritization, and investment strategies.

• Employ AI tools and automation to enhance execution speed, streamline workflows, minimize manual tasks, and scale growth initiatives effectively.

• Collaborate across departments with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content teams to enhance customer journey outcomes and pipeline results.

• Contribute to fostering a more agile, experimentation-focused growth culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or comparable roles within the SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated ability to drive significant pipeline growth and enhance conversion rates.

• Practical experience utilizing AI to elevate growth marketing execution through experimentation, reporting, operational workflows, funnel optimization, and process automation.

• In-depth knowledge of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion strategies.

• Proven experience in scaling trial acquisition and boosting trial-to-paid conversion rates.

• Track record of building and scaling impactful growth campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
