• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Superhuman Docs Account Executives to consistently surpass revenue and activity goals across various segments.
• Own the sales strategy and go-to-market execution for Superhuman Docs, collaborating with ATU leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to foster a unified, high-performance sales approach.

• Implement rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline, ensuring accuracy and visibility for senior leadership.
• Establish and standardize onboarding processes, sales methodologies, and enablement for the Superhuman Docs AE team to decrease ramp-up time and enhance consistency.
• Advocate for enablement: identify skill gaps, collaborate with the enablement team, and ensure the team has the necessary tools, training, and frameworks to manage complex, multi-value-proposition deals.
• Act as the senior commercial presence in key deals — guiding team strategy, supporting conversations with C-suite executives, and assisting in navigating complex late-stage scenarios.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Superhuman Docs Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to shape the product narrative, surface customer insights, and influence roadmap priorities.
• Represent the Superhuman Docs sales team in business unit leadership discussions, offering a grounded sales perspective on go-to-market strategies.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise sales cycles with a proven track record of engaging VP and C-Suite stakeholders across IT, procurement, and various business lines.
• Preference for candidates with a background in collaboration, productivity, or work management SaaS tools; experience at a forward-thinking tech company with a strong product culture is a plus.
• Strong coaching orientation — recognized for developing sellers rather than simply managing pipelines; adept at identifying skill gaps and creating targeted development plans.

• Proficient in establishing systems and processes in uncertain environments — capable of designing onboarding, enablement frameworks, and repeatable playbooks.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional partnership — able to align with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive stakeholders with credibility and influence.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools in daily workflows and capable of modeling and promoting AI-enabled work methods across the sales team.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance, effectively managing tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzing and executing work efficiently, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and thriving in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
