This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Your primary responsibility is to finalize deals.
β’ Market large B2B training packages to organizations with over 100 employees.
β’ Engage in negotiations, influence decisions, and successfully secure contracts.
β’ Upsell to existing clients who are already familiar with our offerings.
β’ Identify opportunities for additional training and bring them to fruition.
β’ Utilize our comprehensive sales tools: we provide high-quality sales training featuring role plays and intelligent tracking systems.
β’ Once the deal is closed, our Client Enablement Manager will take over the account, allowing you to focus on pursuing new opportunities.
β’ Minimum of 4 years in sales experience.
β’ Demonstrated success in closing deals.
β’ Exceptional communication skills β capable of negotiating, persuading, and establishing boundaries.
β’ A-player mentality: you consistently go above and beyond without needing direction.
β’ Full ownership β a self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
β’ Preferred: Background in B2B sales over B2C.
β’ Familiarity with SaaS, online services, or the training/education sector.
β’ Experience in team leadership or a strong desire to lead in the future.
β’ Fully remote β work from any location, no fixed office space required.
