This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Your primary responsibility is to finalize deals.

β€’ Market large B2B training packages to organizations with over 100 employees.

β€’ Engage in negotiations, influence decisions, and successfully secure contracts.

β€’ Upsell to existing clients who are already familiar with our offerings.

β€’ Identify opportunities for additional training and bring them to fruition.

β€’ Utilize our comprehensive sales tools: we provide high-quality sales training featuring role plays and intelligent tracking systems.

β€’ Once the deal is closed, our Client Enablement Manager will take over the account, allowing you to focus on pursuing new opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 4 years in sales experience.

β€’ Demonstrated success in closing deals.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills – capable of negotiating, persuading, and establishing boundaries.

β€’ A-player mentality: you consistently go above and beyond without needing direction.

β€’ Full ownership – a self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.

β€’ Preferred: Background in B2B sales over B2C.

β€’ Familiarity with SaaS, online services, or the training/education sector.

β€’ Experience in team leadership or a strong desire to lead in the future.
