This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate Teton’s U.S. Senior Living net-new sales organization, encompassing both the BDR and full-cycle Account Executive roles.
• Enhance and solidify Teton’s established commercial operating rhythm across pipeline generation, deal progression, forecasting, CRM governance, performance management, and team accountability.
• Serve as a proactive deal leader for strategic enterprise opportunities, including multi-threading, stakeholder mapping, executive alignment, business-case development, negotiation, and contracting—attending key customer meetings, site visits, and executive presentations to secure deals.
• Fortify Teton’s current sales approach while refining the structure, segmentation, and coverage model necessary for scaling within mid-market and SMB operators.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture additional commercial talent as the Senior Living segment expands, while maximizing the efficiency of the existing team.
• Represent Teton at prominent industry conferences, state associations, and executive forums, while assisting in the refinement of go-to-market strategies, messaging, pricing, and commercial execution.
• Extensive experience selling within the U.S. senior living market, ideally backed by a robust industry network.
• A proven history as a highly successful individual contributor, consistently surpassing substantial new business quotas and closing complex, high six-figure ACV opportunities through prolonged sales cycles.
• Established sales leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing BDRs, Account Executives, or similar net-new business teams, overseeing teams with significant new business quotas.
• The capability to function as a genuine player-coach: strategic enough to enhance the sales organization and operating model, yet hands-on enough to actively influence and close essential deals.
• Extensive experience managing lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive buyers, clinical and operational leaders, procurement, legal, and ownership groups.
• A methodical, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, qualification, performance management, and sales governance.
• Experience in building or scaling sales teams, segmentation models, territories, processes, methodologies, and repeatable go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel regularly across the United States.
• Competitive salary and eligibility for our warrant program.
• Work with cutting-edge technology in an innovative field.
• A high-impact leadership role with considerable influence over Teton’s U.S. go-to-market strategy, team structure, and commercial execution.
• A dynamic, learning-oriented work atmosphere.
• 401(k) plan, paid time off, and health insurance.
