This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and spearhead the Customer and Sales Strategy for the Wella Portfolio across Food, Drug, Mass, and Secondary channels.
• Achieve the annual operating plan for the retail segment.
• Collaborate with our customers to foster both short-term and long-term growth within our categories.
• Manage the relationship with distribution partners.
• Actively participate in the North America Sales & Education Leadership Team.
• Ideally possess a BA and/or MA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have 10-15 years of pertinent Sales experience in the beauty industry or a similar sector.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills that are effective across a large organization.
• Demonstrate analytical skills to interpret business trends and offer projections based on insights.
• Capable of personal organization and effective planning, both individually and for the team managed.
• Ability to think innovatively to tackle new challenges and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Possess a strong understanding of sales function processes and cross-functional experience in other areas of business operations.
