
Head of Sales – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of both sales and marketing initiatives for the organization.
• Manage the sales process from the initial conversation through to contract signing.
• Conduct all introductory and discovery calls with incoming prospects.
• Lead strategy and pitch presentations while overseeing the entire pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Address objections, conduct follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and sustain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Own and manage internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company's brand to attract larger clientele.
• Create or oversee the production of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Adopt a holistic perspective on branding and understand advertising within a growth strategy.

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
• Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a prior role, with a significant portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to small and mid-market buyers.
• Practical experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or a robust understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable functioning as an individual contributor across both sales and marketing domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Residing in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (OTE approximately $150,000).
