This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• During the initial three months, you will establish the pipeline and outline the strategy for closing deals with mid-market manufacturers.
• Collaborating with the Founder to define and package business opportunities.
• You will oversee the entire sales process — from prospecting to closing.
• Key focus areas may encompass palletizing, warehouse/3PL automation, and laboratory automation.
• You have experience selling automation or robotics within manufacturing settings and comprehend the distinction between promoting technology and delivering results on the factory floor.
• You have engaged with the SI channel and understand how to enhance partner productivity beyond just signing agreements.
• You possess knowledge of the mid-market manufacturing sector, having sold to organizations with 50–500 employees.
• You have experience selling through or in collaboration with system integrators.
• You have a background in automation, robotics, or related industrial technology.
• You likely have 7-10+ years of experience cultivating trust and a strong reputation in the industry, along with a proven track record in B2B sales; however, we encourage you to apply if you are enthusiastic about the challenges Fexel is addressing.
