This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Participate in introductory and discovery calls with enterprise prospects.
• Take charge of architecture and technical validation conversations.
• Adapt Unframe’s foundational architecture into tailored solutions for customers.
• Resolve technical objections effectively.
• Represent Unframe at executive briefings, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide engaging technical presentations and live architecture demonstrations.
• Develop repeatable demo narratives customized by industry vertical and persona.
• Produce thought leadership materials, including talks, workshops, and articles.
• Create standardized:
• Technical pitch frameworks.
• Demo workflows.
• Playbooks for handling objections.
• Customized narratives for specific verticals.
• Establish consistency and excellence in field technical engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales on deal strategies.
• Offer structured field feedback to the Product team.
• Assist in refining positioning against consultancies, point tools, and orchestration stacks.
• A seasoned technical leader with extensive enterprise AI experience and significant customer-facing exposure (Field CTO, VP Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect, Technical Founder, or similar roles).
• Profound knowledge of:
• LLM architectures.
• AI orchestration frameworks.
• Enterprise integration methods.
• Security and deployment models.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong team builder with a track record of hiring and leading technical talent.
• Exceptional communicator who simplifies complex concepts while maintaining credibility.
• Experience in public speaking or recognized technical thought leadership.
• Background in data-intensive sectors (financial services, real estate, enterprise services).
• Proven experience in developing technical enablement programs.
• Genuine ownership from the outset. Influence decisions, shape ideas, and bring them to fruition.
