This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy and performance for GNO Partners' outbound and business development operations.
• Guide the managers and teams responsible for various prospecting initiatives.
• Oversee and develop the team managers who handle our outbound activities on a daily basis, ensuring they meet clear objectives.
• Lead team training and coaching efforts, including onboarding programs, skill enhancement, and performance improvement strategies.
• Continuously refine scripts, templates, sequences, playbooks, and standard operating procedures in collaboration with your teams.
• Provide weekly reports to the founders detailing key performance indicators, insights, and a well-defined action plan.
• Direct the strategy for all outreach channels: cold calls, cold email campaigns, direct messages, and prospecting efforts.
• Minimum of 3 years in outbound sales development for B2B service organizations targeting SMB and mid-market clients (e.g., agencies, consulting, coaching, or similar fields).
• Demonstrated success in prospecting business owners and founders directly, rather than engaging with corporate buying committees.
• At least 2 years of experience leading outbound teams at a managerial level, or a proven track record of building and managing an SDR organization with team leads under your supervision, with direct responsibility for achieving booked-call targets.
• Strong background in coaching and training: you've designed onboarding programs, conducted call reviews, and developed both representatives and managers.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, characterized by clarity and structure.
• Data-driven, well-organized, and accountable; you prioritize metrics over emotions in your management style.
• Bonus: Experience in selling to e-commerce or Amazon sellers is a plus.
