This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop and execute the national commercial strategy for Business Assurance in Poland.
• Inspire, guide, and enhance the Sales team, cultivating a culture focused on high performance and results.
• Propel revenue growth, enhance margins, and foster pipeline development across all service offerings.
• Manage key accounts and facilitate complex negotiations and strategic partnerships.
• Discover and cultivate new market prospects, sectors, and strategic clientele.
• Encourage cross-selling and teamwork across Business Lines.
• Track commercial KPIs, forecasts, and budget performance effectively.
• Ensure precise reporting, CRM governance, and decisions based on data insights.
• Represent Intertek at industry events to bolster brand presence in the Polish market.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of B2B commercial experience, including leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales Management or as a Head of Sales.
• Background in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) and Business Assurance sectors is highly desirable.
