This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build, lead, and expand our sales team (Setters & Closers)
• Take ownership of the complete sales pipeline – from lead generation to closing deals
• Create and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales representatives
• Analyze sales KPIs and consistently optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate directly with the Founder on growth strategies
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales – preferably within an agency or services setting
• Some leadership experience or clear evidence of your ability to build and develop a team
• Hands-on approach: you actively engage in sales alongside the team and lead by example
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with people
