This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee, manage, recruit, and develop the SDR & SE team, ensuring clear definitions of roles, responsibilities, and career advancement opportunities.
• Enhance sales performance by establishing clear KPIs, tracking outcomes, and applying effective performance management systems.
• Deliver continuous training, coaching, and mentorship to guarantee the team's skill development and target achievement.
• Assist the sales team in strategic negotiations and take an active role in deal closures.
• Encourage collaboration and alignment with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution and positive customer results.
• Cultivate and sustain a high-performance sales culture characterized by accountability, motivation, and ongoing improvement.
• Identify and adopt innovative tools, methodologies, and technologies to keep the Sales function efficient and competitive.
• Develop scalable processes and strategies to facilitate the long-term growth of the sales function.
• Engage directly with clients to close strategic deals as an individual contributor (i.e., Sales Executive).
• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Over 7 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in managing and scaling a sales function and team within the Middle East/GCC region.
• Strong background in performance management, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
• Experience in designing and refining the sales function (organization, processes, tools, metrics).
• Hands-on deal closing experience with a demonstrated ability to lead by example throughout the sales cycle.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS, Travel Technology, OTA, or related sectors.
• Proficient in IT tools (preferably Google Workspace) and sales tools (CRM - ideally Hubspot).
• Experience in a remote/distributed work environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
