This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth across the US market.
• Identify, target, and secure new enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Manage the entire sales process—from lead generation and pre-sales to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal finalization.
• Create new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, recommendations, testimonials, and proactive prospecting.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to broaden business prospects and reinforce market presence.
• Formulate account growth strategies to optimize revenue potential within existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain a precise sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records while providing regular business updates to leadership.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to discover new growth opportunities.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT Sales, with substantial exposure to the US market.
• Proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales and enterprise-level IT solutions.
• Strong proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, business development, and pre-sales activities.
• Experience in selling enterprise IT infrastructure, computing hardware, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, or managed services.
• Familiarity with leading global enterprise technology vendors and OEM ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise clients and consistently surpassing revenue targets.
• A well-established network of decision-makers and industry contacts within the US IT market is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT environments, outsourcing models, and technology solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
