This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of and achieve company-wide revenue objectives, which include acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Formulate and implement a detailed sales strategy that encompasses POS and integrated payments.
• Create reliable pipeline generation and forecasting procedures.
• Guide, mentor, and grow a high-performing direct sales team.
• Enhance performance through disciplined management of the sales pipeline, key performance indicators (KPIs), and consistent sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance demand generation and conversion rates.
• Develop and broaden Linga’s indirect sales ecosystem, which consists of Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), dealer networks, and white-label partners.
• Create and execute partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks.
• Boost attachment rates and revenue growth for payments solutions across all distribution channels.
• Work together with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of sales leadership experience within POS, payments, SaaS, or fintech industries.
• Demonstrated success in managing both direct and indirect sales models (channel/ISO/dealer).
• Proven history of driving high-growth revenue scenarios.
• Experience in scaling a sales organization and establishing repeatable processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of merchant services, payment processing, and POS ecosystems for SMB merchants.
• Familiarity with white-label partnerships and referral-based sales strategies.
• A background in hospitality, restaurant, or retail technology is highly preferred.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Capacity to effectively coach and develop team members.
• Expertise in data analysis and performance metrics.
