📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate the sales team.

• Build and oversee a team of Account Executives dedicated to expanding the repairer network.

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture AEs across both independent and multi-site repairer sectors.

• Mentor the team on discovery, demonstrations, pipeline management, and deal execution.

• Conduct structured deal reviews, sales training sessions, and performance discussions.

• Establish clear targets, territories, and activity frameworks to ensure consistent output.

• Foster a high-performance team culture centered on accountability and growth.

• Own the sales strategy and the sales playbook.

• Define the approach for Partly to sell into the UK repairer market at scale.

• Develop and enhance the comprehensive sales playbook for independent and multi-site organizations.

• Identify and institutionalize repeatable sales motions across various repairer segments.

• Refine messaging, positioning, and objection handling for the team to implement.

• Collaborate closely with product and customer teams to close feedback loops and enhance adoption.

• Propel enterprise repairer pipeline growth through the team.

• Oversee commercial engagement with multi-site repair groups throughout the UK.

• Ensure the team is cultivating a robust pipeline with MSOs and larger workshop groups.

• Assist AEs in navigating complex sales cycles involving senior stakeholders, including owners, operations leaders, and commercial teams.

• Guide rollout strategies for multi-site organizations and help eliminate deal blockers.

• Promote the adoption of Partly across both collision repair and mechanical workshop networks.

• Expand the repairer network.

• Supervise growth among independent repairers and workshops.

• Hold the team accountable for pipeline management, forecasting, and new account acquisition.

• Ensure seamless transitions between sales and onboarding for effective activation.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key partners and integrators.

• Collaborate with the supplier network to ensure comprehensive parts coverage for repairers joining the platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and developing B2B sales teams, preferably in a high-growth context.

• Strong commercial instincts with experience in owning revenue targets at the team level.

• Background in establishing or refining sales processes and playbooks from the ground up.

• Ability to coach sales professionals at various stages—from early-career AEs to seasoned closers.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where structures are still being developed.

• Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Practical experience with HubSpot CRM and outbound sales tools.
