This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Create and implement M3MI’s commercial vision and strategy for revenue growth, ensuring alignment with opportunities in the healthcare communication and life sciences sectors.
• Identify and prioritize high-value market segments, therapeutic areas, and client targets to foster sustained sales growth.
• Set clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance standards for the M3MI Sales Team to ensure consistent attainment of revenue goals.
• Cultivate a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture centered on accountability, client impact, and growth.
• Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue growth targets and expand M3MI’s client portfolio.
• Direct, guide, and develop the sales team to optimize productivity, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
• Proactively nurture and enhance executive-level relationships with key communication agencies, publishers, and life sciences stakeholders.
• Spearhead business development initiatives by leveraging personal industry connections, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage pipeline oversight, ensure forecasting accuracy, and report on sales performance to guarantee predictable revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft compelling, tailored proposals that address client challenges and distinguish M3MI in competitive contexts.
• Act as the senior commercial liaison with clients, steering strategic discussions, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
• Represent M3MI at high-profile client meetings, industry conferences, and external events to showcase the company’s platforms and thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts to promote account growth and long-term partnerships.
• Continuously evaluate changing client needs and market dynamics to enhance value propositions and improve client retention.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, with substantial exposure to market research, healthcare communication, and analytics.
• Demonstrated success in leading business development teams and achieving considerable revenue growth.
• Extensive knowledge of drug development, business commercialization, and marketing processes within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven history of influencing senior executives.
