This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and implement the sales strategy for India in alignment with global goals.
• Propel revenue growth and meet or surpass designated sales targets.
• Lead initiatives for strategic business development and market expansion.
• Establish and nurture valuable relationships with utility companies, system integrators, and partners.
• Develop pricing strategies, deal structures, and commercial models.
• Represent Cuculus at industry events, conferences, and customer gatherings.
• Provide precise sales forecasts, insights into the sales pipeline, and performance reports.
• Over 15 years of experience in Utilities, Energy, Smart Grid, AMI, Smart Metering, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record of managing utility clients throughout India.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise software or solution sales.
• Experience in handling multi-million-dollar opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• MBA/PGDM is preferred.
