This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead operational efforts and drive the ongoing enhancement of the sales function at consider funding.
• This particularly involves managing and refining the sales pipeline, which includes forecasting.
• You will be accountable for revenue growth, successfully closing deals, and managing RPE (revenue per employee) within the sales department.
• It's essential to maintain accurate CRM data within HubSpot.
• Your role will include motivating, coordinating, and coaching the sales team.
• You will further develop existing sales structures, processes, and routines.
• Reporting to management and formulating actionable strategies based on the data will be part of your responsibilities.
• Close collaboration with Marketing, funding specialists, and company leadership is required.
• You will also work on enhancing the sales strategy, which includes managing multipliers.
• Monitoring the market and competition is essential.
• You will be involved in and support the recruitment of key new hires for the sales team.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role in sales or a similar capacity.
• A robust understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales metrics is necessary.
• Strong closing skills and the capability to coach others for improvement.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities are essential.
• You should possess analytical thinking skills and enjoy data-driven sales management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is preferred.
• Leadership capabilities, coaching skills, and a keen understanding of team dynamics are important.
• You should have a goal-oriented, structured, and independent approach to work.
• A strong drive for results and a genuine desire to succeed are essential traits.

• Proficiency in German and good command of English are required.
