This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Convert Brink’s global and regional commercial strategies into practical growth initiatives for the Belgian market.

• Facilitate the growth of Digital Retail Solutions through effective collaboration with global product teams.

• Discover and pursue new business prospects across both existing and new customer segments.

• Manage and oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality deals, accurate forecasting, and optimal conversion rates.

• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and bidding processes in accordance with company governance.

• Ensure disciplined commercial execution that aligns with profitability, risk management, and credit policies.

• Collaborate closely with Operations to provide commercially viable solutions that are operationally feasible and customer-centric.

• Partner with Finance on budgeting, revenue forecasts, and commercial performance monitoring.

• Work together with Europe Commercial and Marketing teams to synchronize messaging, campaigns, and solution positioning.

• Achieve annual and long-term commercial goals, including revenue growth, margin enhancement, and pipeline health.

• Lead, nurture, and mentor a high-achieving commercial team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably in B2B, technology, or related sectors.

• Demonstrated success in achieving profitable growth and managing complex sales cycles.

• Strong financial expertise, encompassing pricing, margin management, and forecasting.

• Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence.

• Strategic thinker capable of translating objectives into actionable commercial strategies.

• Strong dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Flexibility to work across various time zones when supporting regional or global initiatives.
