• Develop and oversee a scalable marketing and go-to-market strategy across various European markets.
• Position, introduce, and expand strategic product and solution offerings.
• Transform company strategy into defined marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and actionable roadmaps.
• Take ownership of brand development, content strategy, demand generation, and awareness throughout the entire funnel.
• Plan and implement localized campaigns tailored to European markets.
• Ensure product value is communicated in a clear, compelling, and market-centric manner.
• Structure, manage, and continuously enhance the entire funnel from awareness to conversion, guaranteeing a high-quality lead flow.
• Align Marketing and Sales processes, messaging, and targets to ensure a seamless transition of marketing-generated leads to Sales.
• Provide operational direction to future Sales team members (e.g., lead qualification, outreach, follow-ups).
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Team, Product, Sales & Support to drive market execution and product adoption.
• Utilize data- and AI-driven methodologies to perpetually enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and decision-making quality.
• Manage marketing budget planning, forecasting, oversight, and performance reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small Marketing & Sales team (both internal & external).
• Oversee external partnerships with agencies, freelancers, and tools.
• Several years of experience in a marketing leadership position within a digital, SaaS, or technology-driven setting.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-growing, scaling environment (Scale-up).
• Strong grasp of digital business models with practical expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and demand generation.
• Extensive experience in content, public relations, SEO, geo-targeting, social media, and organic growth strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with creative, solution-oriented thinking and a focus on results.
• Hands-on approach with decisive skills and a structured, highly prioritized working style.
• Proficient in modern marketing and AI tools, with a strong inclination towards automation, data-driven techniques, and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English with proficient German language skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digitalization, or equivalent relevant experience.
