This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales execution for the entire Americas region, which encompasses both North America and Latin America.
• Lead, develop, and ensure accountability for a geographically distributed team of sales leaders and individual contributors.
• Enhance regional revenue performance by focusing on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal execution.
• Create a cohesive regional strategy that capitalizes on shared market dynamics, customer objectives, and institutional challenges throughout the Americas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment in strategy and customer experience.
• Act as a senior executive presence for key accounts, prospective clients, and strategic partners within the region.
• Shape and refine the go-to-market structure as Instructure expands, prioritizing efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Represent the Americas in executive-level planning, forecasting, and operational reviews.
• Over 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 8 years in leading regional or multi-market teams.
• A proven history of building and scaling enterprise SaaS sales organizations.
• Experience managing teams across both North American and Latin American markets is highly advantageous.
• Extensive expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the specified or related enterprise software markets is preferred.
• Strong executive presence and the capability to engage with senior institutional leaders, including university presidents, provosts, CIOs, and government officials.
• Demonstrated success in building, retaining, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in data-driven sales management, encompassing pipeline hygiene, forecast discipline, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region as necessitated by business needs.
