This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will create and execute a thorough RevOps strategy centered on AI, ensuring alignment among our GTM teams towards shared revenue objectives and developing AI-enhanced commercial strategies.
• You will strategically implement LLMs, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation to optimize workflows, transitioning from manual methods to self-operating systems.
• You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), advancing towards predictive revenue forecasting, and leveraging data-driven insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• You will assess, select, and manage the GTM technology stack (e.g., Hubspot, Chargebee, Looker), ensuring seamless integration of AI for a cohesive and high-velocity operational engine.
• You will cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, promoting transparency and ongoing improvement, while serving as the internal champion for AI-driven operational transformation.
• You will spearhead enablement initiatives to equip GTM teams with the essential skills and AI toolkits needed to effectively harness automation.
• You will keep abreast of industry trends, particularly emerging AI technologies in SaaS, to ensure the RevOps function remains agile and innovative.
• You possess a strong interest in, and demonstrated capability to drive, AI-driven efficiencies that continuously enhance and modernize the RevOps technology stack.
• You show a strong curiosity for emerging AI technologies and a proactive willingness to experiment with and implement AI-powered solutions to improve operations.
• You have 2-3 years of experience in team leadership.
• You have substantial experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or customer success operations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• You have a proven history of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.
• You possess a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices.
• Ideally, you have proven expertise in SaaS pricing models and commercial strategies.
• You have experience with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Chargebee, Looker).
• You possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• You are capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
