• Take ownership of the ongoing HubSpot to Salesforce migration, manage data cleanup, and ensure our CRM is optimized for enterprise operations.
• You will be tasked with creating and maintaining the dashboards that our teams rely on, from individual representatives to Sales Directors and the executive team.
• Serve as the key decision-maker regarding territory expansion as we scale, account disputes, and lead distribution. We are looking for someone who can be firm, fair, and driven by data in these situations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to prepare board presentations, oversee commissions, and enhance our forecasting processes.
• Ensure that lead flow, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, and account ownership models function seamlessly across the entire Revenue team (Sales and Marketing).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the RevOps function in a hands-on capacity; team leadership experience is not mandatory.
• Proficient in automating processes and effectively integrating AI tools into daily workflows within Sales & Marketing Operations.
• Experience in a growth stage at an early-stage SaaS company, understanding what it takes to enhance tools and processes as a company evolves. Experience in the cybersecurity sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Extensive knowledge of both Salesforce and HubSpot; not only do you know how to use these platforms, but you also have the expertise to implement and optimize them for enterprise SaaS environments.
• A hands-on approach is essential. You should exhibit practical problem-solving skills rather than just high-level strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with the intricacies of enterprise-focused SaaS is necessary (though experience in cybersecurity is not a strict requirement).
• Comfortable being the primary contact for challenging operational decisions that impact sales territories and compensation structures.
