• Act as a primary resource for GTM teams regarding reporting, data, processes, and operational inquiries.
• Develop and oversee both recurring and ad hoc reports related to pipeline, forecasting, performance, and funnel visibility.
• Examine GTM performance and transform findings into actionable insights and recommendations for GTM leadership.
• Manage daily sales compensation tasks, including commission processing, reporting, reconciliations, and handling inquiries from representatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and process consistency within Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem.
• Promote the adoption and effective utilization of GTM tools for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to accelerate prospecting, enrichment, and reporting activities.
• Recognize inefficiencies, resolve issues, and assist GTM teams in enhancing their daily operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential, including admin-level skills across reports, dashboards, workflows, fields, and core configuration.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly preferred, or equivalent practical experience is acceptable.
• Ability to create AI-assisted workflows for reporting, automation, or analysis, with an interest in the evolving role of AI in the GTM landscape.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet capabilities (advanced Excel/Google Sheets), with experience in building models and analyses to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS GTM tools for prospecting, enrichment, sales execution, and reporting (e.g., Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Clari) and a solid understanding of data flow across Salesforce and the broader tech stack.
• Experience in supporting daily sales and GTM operations in a fast-paced environment.
