📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive implementation of a new quoting and subscription platform, ensuring smooth integration between the CRM and core product systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

• Facilitate alignment and cooperation among marketing, sales, and customer success teams to promote overall revenue growth.

• Supervise all go-to-market processes, including optimizing processes, managing sales variable compensation, overseeing territory management, forecasting, and maintaining the operating cadence.

• Collaborate with the applications team to optimize the entire tech stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (Onboarding), ensuring that each team is equipped with the necessary tools to thrive while continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and performance through automation and AI.

• Maintain data integrity, compliance, and system integrations across all revenue platforms.

• Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards to track revenue metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

• Lead the forecasting and performance analysis processes to guide executive decision-making.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for refining revenue strategy and improving operational efficiency.

• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies throughout the revenue funnel.

• Standardize processes related to lead management, pipeline development, deal execution, and renewals.

• Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between teams to ensure accountability and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Oversee and mentor the RevOps team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on revenue planning and organizational scalability.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a relevant field.

• Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role within Revenue Operations or Sales/Customer Success Operations.

• Demonstrated experience in fostering cross-functional alignment in a rapidly growing SaaS or B2B organization.

• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
