• Advanced administration of HubSpot: configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub modules.
• Process design and automation: creation of workflows, lead scoring, automatic prospect assignment, sequences, and support automations.
• CRM management: definition of properties, pipelines, stages, integrations, and ongoing data cleaning.
• Alignment of commercial teams: coordination among marketing, sales, and service to ensure a consistent flow from lead generation to retention.
• Strategic analysis and reporting: development of dashboards, sales forecasts, and analysis of key metrics (funnel, conversion, CAC, LTV, revenue tracking).
• Revenue cycle optimization: identification of bottlenecks, operational improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Team training: ongoing education in the use of HubSpot, CRM adoption, and best process practices.
• Deep knowledge of **HubSpot CRM** and its main hubs.
• Strong understanding of **SaaS metrics, inbound marketing, and B2B sales processes**.
• Experience in process documentation and customer journey mapping.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Systemic thinking focused on efficiency, scalability, and growth.
• Experience with automation tools and integrations.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
