• Take charge of Trucordia’s comprehensive Revenue Enablement and Revenue Operations strategy.
• Ensure that Producers, Sales Leaders, and Client-Facing Teams have the necessary tools, insights, processes, and operational discipline to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
• Responsible for maximizing revenue throughout the entire customer lifecycle, encompassing acquisition, expansion, retention, and cross-selling.
• Act as the link between Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, Operations, Finance, IT, and Product to synchronize strategy, execution, and measurement with enterprise revenue priorities.
• Define and manage Trucordia’s enterprise Revenue Enablement strategy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Client Management, Marketing, and Operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team regarding revenue performance and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and enhance the Revenue Operations function across Sales, Marketing, and Client Operations to drive revenue process optimization and go-to-market initiatives.
• 12–15+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, RevOps, Sales Operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and/or lead enablement or RevOps teams.
• Excellent cross-functional communicator with skills in managing executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience in designing onboarding, training, and large-scale enablement initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to leverage data for decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, enablement platforms, and analytics.
• Experience in the insurance, brokerage, or financial services industry is preferred.
