• Assist in the administration and continuous enhancement of our Customer Success and Revenue Operations tools, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and other associated systems.
• Act as a primary partner for Customer Success, New Business, and RevOps teams by converting process requirements into system modifications and upgrades.
• Help with tool configuration, testing, deployment, and quality assurance for new features, workflows, and changes in processes.
• Detect inefficiencies or obstacles in tools and workflows, and propose practical enhancements that improve productivity and data integrity.
• Support Salesforce administrative duties, including: Page layouts, fields, record types, and validation rules; Basic flows and automation (with guidance from senior stakeholders as necessary); Data imports, updates, and cleanup (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
• Collaborate with RevOps to maintain CRM hygiene, ensure data accuracy, and uphold reporting consistency.
• Aid in documenting Salesforce processes and modifications to promote clarity and consistency.
• Assist in the configuration and upkeep of Customer Success tools, including Gainsight, without sole responsibility for platform strategy.
• Work alongside Customer Success leadership to ensure tools are in alignment with the actual workflows of teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and operational reports that provide: Visibility into pipeline and activities, insights into customer engagement and lifecycle, team productivity, and adoption metrics.
• Create and preserve documentation regarding tools, workflows, and governance best practices.
• 1–3 years of experience in a systems, operations, or admin-related role (RevOps, CS Ops, Sales Ops, or a similar field).
• Foundational knowledge in Salesforce administration (6+ months of hands-on experience).
• Familiarity with Customer Success or Revenue tools (Gainsight, Gong, or similar platforms).
• Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and revenue processes.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and system workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or currently pursuing it.
• Experience in supporting Gong, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with basic Salesforce Flows.
• Proficient in data tools (Excel/Sheets, data loaders, basic SQL concepts).
• Experience working remotely in a cross-functional setting.
